 Lee Howlett joins ISGN from Fiserv Lending Services as the President of the Servicing Practice, with focus on developing and growing the core servicing, default management and technology solutions business.
Prior to this role, he was the Division President and Chief Operating Officer of Fiserv Lending Solutions, Fulfillment Services Division. Fiserv Fulfillment Services group, part of ISGN now creates and delivers innovative products and processes designed to transform settlement services from the high cost, labor intensive traditional product set of appraisal, title and closing into low cost, automated, risk management solutions designed to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The division currently services over 1100 lenders nationwide managing over 11,000 convenience closings, filing over 75,000 recordings, processing and underwriting over 3,000 loans and conducting in excess of 120,000 property valuations each month. Prior to joining Fiserv in 2001, Lee was President of Integrated Loan Services. He has previously held executive positions in three New England Banks and has an extensive knowledge in fulfillment services related to all facets of lending. Lee makes his home in Connecticut with his wife, Linda; their four teenage children and two Siberian huskies.
Lee serves as Executive Committee Member on the Board of TAVMA. TAVMA (Title/Appraisal Vendor Management System) is the trade association of the real estate settlement services industry.
