Quick Start
The ISGN representative will work with you to perform most implementation tasks. It is the goal of the ISGN to provide hands-on assistance when needed so you have a working knowledge of how to complete each required task of the implementation on your own. The Quick Start program provides an excellent start to a successful implementation.
Health Check
For existing customers, the ISGN productivity “health check” evaluates the effectiveness of your ISGN software solution. It includes tactical recommendations and best practice guidance to help you gain the highest value from your software investment. Your Health Check is designed to help ensure that your system is properly implemented, configured and tuned to deliver the best application performance at the lowest possible cost.
An ISGN consultant will perform all work on-site in 1-2 days for a fixed price. Upon completion of the service, our on-site expert delivers a comprehensive Health Check Report. This report includes recommendations to help you realize the full value of ISGN solution based on:

Tune-Up
The Tune-Up Package is a unique opportunity for one-on-one system review and analysis of your ISGN system. An ISGN representative will work with your System Administrator. Together you will analyze the current functionality of your system to provide a total overview of what is currently in place. Your ISGN representative will then act as a mentor, providing one-on-one assistance to incorporate and implement the new functionality in a manner that works with your business model.
On-Site Technical Assistance /Upgrade
With our upgrade service, an ISGN Product Support Technician in on site at your office to complete the upgrade quickly and efficiently. ISGN’s Product Support Specialists are knowledgeable experts, capable of performing the following services: installation and validation of your product test and production systems, application of latest service pack and patches to your test system, synchronization of data and customization between your test and production systems, and installation, configuration, and integration with other ISGN products. Whether you are changing database types, installing new versions, or moving servers, ISGN is here to help. |
