Prequalification analysis is performed with minimal data entry. Based on any combination of loan amount, sales price, annual income and maximum debt, this tool will automatically calculate the corresponding missing information. Refinance analysis includes graphs and amortization schedules. With MORvision MLO you can easily prepare loan product selection and comparisons for both conventional and government loans. You are able to filter through loan products based on criteria you establish; show your customer all that you have to offer; compare the benefits of individual products and deliver best-fit scenarios. All this can be done with limited information that you can then save and transfer into a loan application. This streamlines the entire loan application process for both you and your potential customer.
Visual entry of 1003 (loan application) and GFE (Good Faith Estimate) live on-screen enables loan originators to quickly complete loan applications. This is done using a predesigned form image that is consistent with what they are used to seeing in paper form. Visual Entry also provides the ability to order credit reports, print forms and add memos. Visual processing allows the transmittal summary (1008), VA Loan Analysis and HUD worksheet to be calculated, viewed on-screen and printed. This component even enables easy preparation of real- estate flyers, listing of all costs (mortgage, down payment, taxes, etc.) and automated underwriting.
Open House Flyers: Using the Open House Flyers feature, your loan officers prepare real estate open house flyers complete with property information, sales price and a picture of the house. Easy templates allow you to incorporate your company logo and customize the layout to fit your company’s specific needs. Create comparisons for each property you’re working on, then with the click of a button print the comparison analysis right on the flyer. Your company and loan officer information will also be included. When potential buyers take your flyers away from an open house, they will have a good idea of what mortgage program and payment is right for them. Most of all, they will know they can come to you when it is time to buy the house.
