Having modified thousands of loans for our clients, we have developed an experienced and a scalable team that can handle your entire spectrum of loan modifications. We will work with you to qualify the borrower, request, track and audit the documents, monitor the payments during the trial period and track the loan post the trial phase.

Specifically, ISGN’s team will

• qualify the borrower to your program eligibility guidelines
• work directly with the borrower to secure all documentation required to verify eligibility
• create a customized Modification Package that meets all recording requirements for the jurisdiction.
• release the package directly to the borrower,
• track and monitor all outstanding packages, contacting the borrower for those packages not returned,
• audit all completed packages for both accurate content and execution,
• work directly with the borrower to cure any errors related to the executed modification package,
• Contact borrower with a reminder call prior to the first three payments; and,
• record the modification agreements
