 Ashok heads the India operations of ISGN and is responsible for setting up and managing the organization in India. Ashok has extensive experience in setting up startups and captive divisions turning them into highly successful operating units. At ISGN Ashok is tasked with establishing the KPO and platform based offshore services unit for the US mortgage market.
His strengths include Process re-engineering and transitioning, Multi-site operations management, International business development and team building and development. He is focused on customer satisfaction and building teams that have the capability to handle high-end functions and work on enhanced transition models.
Prior to joining ISGN, Ashok was Vice President & General Manager, Ocwen Financial Services where he was primarily involved in the operations and grew the team from the initial 20 members to 1,500 employees today. He has worked with other captives of companies in the financial space handling critical functions, analytics and data production. Ashok is proficient in KPO infrastructure, Data / Information security requirements and team development and staffing having vast experience in offshore captives of large companies for over a decade now.
Ashok is an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management, Philippines and a trained six-sigma practitioner. He has served on the boards of Ocwen Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd and Primark India Pvt. Ltd.
