 Shailendra Gupta is the Chief Financial Officer at ISGN. Shailendra oversees ISGN's financial and fiscal management and provides leadership in the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the Company. Shailendra has over 17 years experience leading financial teams and has worked on Corporate mergers & acquisitions, demerger, business integration, standardization & financial systems implementation. He also brings a decade of focused experience in treasury, investment banking and asset management; including a stint in Europe.
Prior to joining ISGN, Shailendra was CFO India for Ocwen Financial Corporation, and also led Ocwen's global finance operations. Previously, Shailendra has worked for other financial organizations including JPMorgan Chase, HSBC DPI, GE Capital; wherein he built and established finance teams, and also set-up new STP/SEZ centers. Shailendra has also worked with World Health organization; an arm of United Nations.
Shailendra is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and a Qualified Cost & Management Accountant. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University. He has served on the board of Ocwen Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Shailendra is married and has a young daughter.
