The Announcement

    Today, ISGN announced that it has completed its acquisition of Fiserv’s Loan Fulfillment Solutions business.

 

The Significance

    ISGN has grown year on year, based on clients who have trusted their core and non-core processes to us.  To our industry leading platforms and customized solutions on loan origination, servicing and default management, we have added one of the largest players in the settlement and title services industry. 
    With this acquisition of a company that is such a strategic and reputed player and part of this industry, ISGN has become among the top 3 providers of service and technology focused on the mortgage domain.
    What this means for our clients, is that they can now work with a single provider for origination, closing/ post closing, title and settlement services, servicing and default management solutions and gain tremendous economies of scale with a single vendor.
