Once the Recruiter has ensured that you meet the critical qualifications for the position you will receive a written screening questionnaire or a screening discussion that assesses position-specific experience, communication skills, your fitment with our corporate culture and most importantly your motivation to apply for a position at ISGN. You will also have the opportunity to get additional information about the position and what it is like to work at ISGN.
If you are selected to participate in the next steps of the process, you will be scheduled for an interview via phone or in person with the Hiring Manager. This step will require a more in-depth discussion of your skills and experiences.
Depending on the role you’ve applied for the content and questions in your interview will vary, but mostly they will cover:
Interviews are conducted via phone or face to face and usually in our offices, though we may use other venues. In some cases, the interview is the last stage in the process – it varies by role. In other cases there may be further interviews or perhaps individual assessments or presentations required. You’ll be informed of these as part of our process.
If you’re the right candidate for the position, we may make you a verbal offer and ask that you verbally accept. We will be more than happy to answer any further questions you have at this stage – it is important that we are both completely satisfied that this is the right move.
Human Resources will subsequently send you a written offer, which we ask that you print, sign and return to us as a sign of your acceptance.
You will then be contacted by our Human Resources department to start the Pre-Employment Screening and On-boarding paperwork. This stage can take up to 5 – 10 business days and your assistance is needed to keep things moving along. It also may vary based on your location and if overseas relocation is required.
